Honorary session for Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern at AIChE Annual Meeting
A dedicated session was organized for the honor of Prof. Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern (Max Planck Institute, Magdeburg, Germany) at this year’s AIChE Annual Meeting in Phoenix/Arizona (USA). The Area Plenary: Adsorption and Ion Exchange acknowledged the important contributions of Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern to the field. Malte Kaspereit gave an invited talk on “Towards Preparative Chromatographic Classification of Polydisperse Products”, which was co-authored by Malvina Supper.
Further presentations were given by Handan Tezel (University of Ottawa, Canada), Matthias Thommes (TVT, FAU), Balamurali Sreedhar (The Dow Chemical Company, Midland, USA), Arvind Rajendran (University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada), Joeri Denayer (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Brussels, Belgium), Alexander Neimark (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Piscataway, USA), and Giorgio Carta (University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA). The session was organized by Handan Tezel (University of Ottawa, Canada) and Daniel W. Siderius (NIST, USA).
